Status: Answered => Open
GUENARD is still having a problem:
Hello Maxime Chambreuil
Thanks for your answer;
I thought that OpenErp Mgt system had the objective to help manage the
company's process, far in advance of having non conformities to solve,
because customers complain.
When the objective is to manage international standards like ITIL, COSO,
COBIT, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), ISOxxx etc - whether the corresponding
process are in house or outsourced - each responsible person involved
in the process is requested to state whether or not he (she) fulfills
the said standards. This is the way - at company level - one can state
or claim the compliance.
This leads to action plans to achieve compliance where needed.
