Does OpenERP allow you to share management system data with third parties ? 
Yes, with the portal.

Does OpenERP allow you to store the information if a supplier is certified or not ?
Yes, with partner categories.

Does OpenERP allow you to do quality control on received product and service ?
Yes, with the stock or project module.

Does OpenERP help you manage your processes ?
Yes, you can document them using procedures and work instructions and implement them with OpenERP workflows and processes.
