In Product case it is evident. 

In case of Warehouse or Location it is a little controversial. The problem is that OpenERP is inconsistent in OrderPoint (yet). In OrderPoint you can choose warehouse which doesn't belong to the selected company and you can choose location which doesn't belong to selected warehouse. So it could be situation that deleting warehouse or location shouldn't be treated as intention to delete Orderpoint because you are never sure what is connected to what in Orderpoint. Definitely it shouldn't be silent.

In my opinion Orderpoint shouldn't contain Location. It should contain just Warehouse (from selected Company). Minimal rule should concern all locations of Warehouse and requisition should take the goods into Input location of selected Warehouse.  In such implementation OrderPoint - Warehouse relation is interchengeable and warehouse ondelete rule could remove orderpoint silent. My proposal is that now if you have Input location different than Stock location of Warehouse each scheduler running buys goods into Inut location endlessly. But it is another story for another discussion. 

I write about Company field in context of 5.2.

  I reported that little bug concerning order point rules and the possibility to cascade delete them. Basically e-commerce folks deal with lot's of product and easily delete some even de-activating is more advised, in that case I suggested to cascade delete the minimal stock rules too. Tiny is asking whether the same cascade delete logic should be applied with locations and warehouses which I'm not 100% sure. Can you confirm that?
