Public bug reported:

To reproduce:
1. Create a new customer
2. Create a new pricelist and assign it to this customer
3. Create a new Sales Order for this customer, the pricelist would be changed accordingly (onchange_partner_id)
4. Save and return to main menu
5. Open this Sales Order for edit, the pricelist would be changed to Public Pricelist (onchange_shop_id) which is not expected
