[Bug 888878] [NEW] Document Management - Only database storage

Public bug reported:

Hi!

I'm using OpenERP 6.0.3.
I've installed the document management module.

In the description of this module, we can read:
"- When you install this module in a running company that have already PDF files stored into the database, you will lose them all. - After installing this module PDF's are no longer stored into the database, but in the servers rootpad like /server/bin/filestore."

I can attest this is the case with OpenERP 5 version. But, in 6.0.3
version, the /server/bin/filestore directory is not created.

In Knowledge/Configuration/Document Management/Storage Media, we can see
that their is only Database Storage that is available.

If you create a new storage media, wich is "Internal File storage", and
you affect it to an older or a new directory, the /server/bin/filestore
directory is not created too, and files continue to be stored into the
database.

???

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
