Hello,

Yes, I am agree with you regarding the "Cc" and "To" field.

For now It needed  changes regarding the improvement what you suggested
in bug specification.

currently I can consider this issue as opinion because this needs more
clarification.

You can post this issue on feedback.openerp.com also, Our quality team
members will definatly review this.

@Experts: Would you please provide us your precious inputs regarding
this.

  Recipient email is not properly stored when copy to CRM case

Bug description:
  when a mail is sent from outside OpenERP to a customer
  (customer@xxxxxxxxxxx in 'to' field) and copied to a mail that is to
  be fetched into OpenERP (through a imap mail server), the  CRM created
  case in OE is created properly but in the communication history inside
  CRM case, the field 'to' is empty.
