Although this form opens OK in the new web client, on my test system it
does not open at all in the GTK client (on Windows 7) even though it
appears in the menu.  Sales Leads opens OK though.   I have no idea if
this is a GTK client problem or a module problem...not even sure where I
would look to get any debug or diag logging for this.
