There is a video that shows the reported issue.

Entering "Accounting / Configuration / Accounts / Accounts", when you
press the "Unreconciled Entries" link through the web client does not
work because it shows all the entries and not only unreconciled entries,
but if you reproduce this procedure through the GTK client works
perfectly.

We are using OpenERP Server v. 6.0.3, GTK Client rev. 1934, Web Client
rev. 4760, Addons Modules rev. 5037.
