It is not about accents in emails.
The accents are in the names, last names or company names associated with the mail.

  Mistake to send mail with accents in the destination address

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In the log show "INFO:smtp:sending 2 emails from message queue !"
  And the  error is that the message is in the message queue smtp:
  "
  'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe1' in position 192: ordinal not in range(128)
  "
