We weren't aware that we could batch upload POs on Launchpad, I asked
all the guys at CLEARCORP to read again the localization doc you posted.

One more thing, I created a translation team for es_CR: openerp-i18n-es-
cr. Could you please asign it as es_CR translation manager for the 4
main projects?

PS: We are working a full es_CR localization because we do use a lot of
different words compared to es_ES. That way we can schedule a regular
follow up of our POs. Also because reaching a 100% translation rate on
launchpad projects would be a nice thing to do :D

Bug description:
  es_CR translation for 6.1 stable release need to be done.

  Hopefully we will have a functional 100% translation for the release
  date.
