Hello Aline,

I have checked your issue in trunk with gtk & web client both and it's
work as expected. I have try one more way like fetch mail to
"hr.applicant" object and hire him as a employee and it's working well.
Would you please check again.

  hiring an applicants creates an employee and trigger the wizard
  remaining legal leaves

  Hello,

  in hr_recruitment

  if user creates an employee when hiring an applicant, the triggered
  view should be the employee form, not the remaining leave wizard.
