That's especially true when manufacturing, if one component has a defect
and you scrap it, you use another component to replace it to be able to
finish to manufacture your products.

In the case of incoming shipment i'm far less convinced though: if you
scrapped 2 out of 10, you then process 8 and wait your supplier to send
2 more to finish to process the incoming shipment?

  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I could nowhere find an explanation about the "Scrap" button's function on the Internal move form but I suppose the procedure should lower the remaining quantity by the scraped quantity. Am I true?
  It does create a new move line with "Scrapped" as Destination Location but doesn't touch the original move line.
