[Bug 936249] Re: Sales Order - doesn't compute tax when product not included (just description with price and quantity)

OK, so here in Bulgaria, we add 20% VAT for everything we sell. Is there another way then, by which we can add 20% VAT for the whole Quotation, automatically, because adding 20% Sale tax/VAT for every product will be forgotten many times, obviously.
Thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding!

Title:
Sales Order - doesn't compute tax when product not included (just
  description with price and quantity)

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Web client with Demo data.
   6.1 RC1 - openerp-allinone-setup-6.1dev-20120216-110030
   Opera 11.61 and Firefox 10.01.

   1. Set Fiscal position on partner Agrolait as Normal taxes.
   2. Create Sale order and add some order lines with only Description, price and quantity - without creating a product.
   3. Click Compute.

The result is that no taxes are included in the sale order. They are
included only when a product is created and added.
