Title:
  meetings: add an event for a someone not listed in the Responsible
  list on the right. After adding it, this user is not part of this list

Bug description:
  In the crm.meeting calendar view, if you add an event for someone not
  listed in the Responsible list (from the right bar), this user is not
  added to this list.

  Example:
    * the responsible list on the right is composed of: marc, john and antony
    * you add an event for robert
    * the responsible list on the right has not changed and is composed of: marc, john and antony, but not robert
