  no cancel button when editing a calendar event

Bug description:
  
  When editing a calendar event, there is no cancel button to get back to the calendar.

  Steps to reproduce:
  * Meeting view (calendar mode)
  * edit an event
  * you decide to not save it and want to get back to the calendar view
  * the only buttons available are: edit, create, duplicate, delete

  context:
  * web client
  * server version: 6.1RC1
