Title:
  on_change fuction:  Value disappear on saving form

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I want to bring value in a field(readonly) through on_change of a field but  value disappear on saving the form.
  Eg: 
  In hr_holidays
  on_change of Leave End Date, it counts no of days of leave, but value become 0.00 on saving hr holiday form.
