I know the data is dynamic, but on installation of some module these
records are made in the database. I did not make them. So if the strings
can be translated, on installation the strings can be made in Dutch.

Bug description:
  Version 6.1;

  Journal views can't be translated in launchpad. The are created in
  English. Should also be possible to create them in dutch.
