Hello Bogdan,

I have checked this again longer than 13 chars (13 + .po = 16) 
file name as well as module name  but Its working fine.
So I am closing this issue if you still face the same problem 
then you can reopen this issue with more information like video or steps.

I have attached a video for more reference.

Bug description:
  helo,

  during the export translation process, the filename to be saved gets
  truncated to 16 chars, due to field 'name' dimension (16).
