We appreciated your efforts. 
Our bug management policy are mainly for trunk version (future development) also for blocking issue of stable version.   
Here this issue is working fine in latest stable version 6.1. Also this issue is not blocking point for stable 6.0 version. So we can not consider it.

Bug description:
  The child tax translations incorrectly links to the parent tax
  translation

  OpenERP 6.0.3

  1) Accounting -> Configuration -> Taxe -> Taxes
  2) Open a tax in edit mode
  3) Open a child tax in edit mode
  4) Click to translate the tax name

  The translations are for the parent tax name, this is incorrect.  The
  translation should be for the selected child tax.
