Thanks for the reporting.

The problem occurs due to the wrong model(hr.employee) passed in "Assign
leaves" action.

This issue has been fixed on lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-bug-939368-amp branch with following revision no and rev id.

  hiring an applicants creates an employee and trigger the wizard

  Hello,

  in hr_recruitment

  if user creates an employee when hiring an applicant, the triggered
  view should be the employee form, not the remaining leave wizard.
