  [6.1] account.journal.column sequence is readonly

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Addons revno: 6640
  In module account

  account.journal.column sequence field is readonly but is set to 0 when
  creating a new Journal column

  Might this be a required=True instead of a readonly=True.
