Menu item "Import Module" is missing 6.1
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
The menu item "Import Module" under Settings > Modules is missing.
I have installed OpenERP 6.1-1 on Debian 6.0.4 64-bit with this two
guides.
1. The Debian guide: (I followed page 1-3 except from Step 8 that i
didnt do) http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-squeeze-

2. OpenERP guide (except from the Ubuntu commands ofcause):

The Admin user is "Extended View" so i cant figured it out???
