I have checked your issue.But This issue is only effecting in stable only .It's  all ready improve in stable 6.1 and also in latest trunk.
For this type of issue ,if you have our support and maintenance  contracts . Please contact at support@xxxxxxxxxxx

  [V6]l10n_fr account 512000 is wrong type

Bug description:
  When creating a french accounting plan account : 512000 should be a
  view type because 512001 - 2 are child of this account.

  This is not allowed.
