I have found that the VAT check for Bulgaria is incorrect. Specifically
this applies for customers where VAT code starts with 2.

When I enter VAT "BG2015xxxxx" (I'm not disclosing the full VAT) the
application throws an error saying that it is invalid. However, when I
enter the same VAT in http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/, it is
considered to be valid.
