[Bug 988085] [NEW] time.strftime('%%Y-%%m-%%d') uses servertime instead of user time

Users expect to see day filters using their local time not the server
time

Example 
the user time is GMT + 2, the server runs at UTC/GMT
at 1:00AM a Today filter will show yesterdays data
