[Bug 994272] [NEW] Project: ew Task from webclient, wrong project pick list

Public bug reported:

v6.1.1 webclient - i did not attempt to reproduce with other clients

Problem:
When one creates a new subproject, the pick list for parent project shows entire namespace, but when one creates a new Task, the picklist of project does not show the hierarchy or name space so it is hard to make sure the correct project is selected.

Reproduce:
First, create the following four projects:

project 'bob'
    sub project 'design'

project 'john'
    sub project 'design'
        sub sub project 'gather specs'

Second, create a new task for 'john / design'. In the pick list you see two 'designs'. Which one is it?

Expected:
When creating the tasks, i expected the project picklist to show 'john / design' just as in the case of creating a new project, 'gather specs' and setting its parent project to 'john / design'

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
