Public bug reported:

All warnings returned by onchange appear to be losing their titles.

For example, change the company id in res.user (on_change_company_id)

It returns a warning with a title "Company Switch Warning:, however the
dialog (in Firefox and Chrome) shows up with a blank title.  Inspection
of the dialog revels the title property is blank.
