Hello Ujjvala,

For 6.1 and more we have done a code more generic way, that's this type of usability issue generated. This problem not only exist on
claim but also faced on lead & opportunity.

Problem doesn't created form the demo data It's created due to we have
removed "_get_type_value" method on 6.1/trunk, on v6 have used a
"_get_type_value" method on crm_case_stage object and this method
differentiate all the stages as per it's type also we have domain which
helps to differentiate.

Actually as per new setting we have done it through stages per team and
here we have same team with same param but in in real situation we don't
have same team handling claim and lead&opportunity .

Technically Saying Coding is Done Extra Generic that is now creating
problem ;-), As per my "Opinion' we have to create separate  teams for
claim and after sale service to avoid problem.

As per the usability point f view, I am considering this as a "Low"
priority.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  The Stage field of Claim shows the stages of Leads & Opportunities
  too. It should display stages related to Claims only i.e. Accepted as
  Claim, Actions Defined, Actions Done, Won't fix.
