I have again checked this issue with 6.1 as well as in trunk updated code.
But I did not face any problem as you mention.So currently I am 
closing this issue if you find out proper way to reproduce this issue
then you can reopen this with more clarification.

Title:
  [6.1] emails field on res.partner view error

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Invalid

Bug description:

  I have view error on 6.1.1 version. If i go to Sales/Address
  Book/Customers and click one partner then getting this errors.

  Uncaught Error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'views' of undefined

  I checked some code in javascript and i found error reason.

  addons/web/static/src/js/view_form.js line 2505:   this.viewmanager is
  undefined.

  if (!this.viewmanager.views[this.viewmanager.active_view])
          return;

  Then i changed like this:
  if (this.view_manager === undefined || !this.viewmanager.views[this.viewmanager.active_view])
              return;
