Hello Fabien,

This is not a addons problem, when sequence  generated on any object and this object is related as a m2o with main object.
As this time we try to "Create a edit" option then we can not able to see the generated sequence. This is a generalize for all m2o, So we can not fix it from addons side.

For above work around, currently purchase_requisition are improved on
trunk, So we can not faced this problem on trunk (same problem occrus on
6.1). But I am giving a new test case.

We have generated a sequence on stock.picking object and this field is
m2o relation with "receive product". Here if we same trying to "create &
edit" then sequence will not generated,

I have prepare q video for it and attached with this bug also again
transferring to web client.

Title:
  [trunk]/[6.1]defaults values not loaded when 'Create and Edit' a
  many2one field

Bug description:
  openobject-server/6.1 revno 4160
  openerp-web/6.1 revno 2313
  openobject-addons/6.1 revno 6780

  steps:

   - create new database and intall 'purchase_requisition'
   - go to 'purchase orders' and click on 'create'
   - go to 'purchase requisition' field, click on the drop down arrow and click on 'create and edit'

  The 'Requisition Reference' field is empty, while if you click on
  'create' the default value is correclty loaded.
