Title:
  [trunk]/[6.1]defaults values not loaded when 'Create and Edit' a
  many2one field

Bug description:
  openobject-server/6.1 revno 4160
  openerp-web/6.1 revno 2313
  openobject-addons/6.1 revno 6780

  steps:

   - create new database and intall 'purchase_requisition'
   - go to 'purchase orders' and click on 'create'
   - go to 'purchase requisition' field, click on the drop down arrow and click on 'create and edit'

  The 'Requisition Reference' field is empty, while if you click on
  'create' the default value is correclty loaded.
