  Convert to Quote is not Working via Scheduled Calls

Bug description:
  on runbot (Build 11687) [addons(6926) ,web(2604) and server(4207)]

  Step ----<>|:

  open a Scheduled Calls form view and convert it to opportunity

  now it's open a  opportunity view here in opportunity convert it to
  quote

  so it's give a

    "  ValidateError

      The value "open" for the field "sale_order.state" is not in the
  selection "
