Hello,

I have found one bug in Applicant.

create new Applicant , there is displayed twice status bar at the top.

why ? -> technically before we have passed the default department_id
from users. but now i think it's removed . so when you create new record
for Applicant , default department_id passed the "False". and at view
side , there is no any conditions for if pass the "False" then what
should be display ?
