Title:
  production order picking malfunction

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  currently it is possible to delete stock_pickings which belong to a
  production order with state confirmed

  after this it is not possible to change the status of the production
  order nor to delete it.

  The desired behaviour is to be able to cancel a production order AND
  the associated pickings (instaed of canceling the picking first
  manually)
