[Bug 1031918] Re: Automated actions stop working after server restart in crm_helpdesk

** Description changed:

  Environment:
  Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  Openerp 6.1 (Server RevNo: 4250 | Addons RevNo: 6897)
  Fresh install
  Installed Modules:

  - CRM
  - CRM Helpdesk
  - Automated Rules (base_action_rule)

Configured email gateway to create a new helpdesk object
Configured automated action to set the state to 'In Progress'

Every email received through that gateway creates a helpdesk object and
the automated action sets it to In Progress (tried several, 3-4)

  Upon server restart (ctrl+c, ./openerp-server -c config-file.conf)

Objects get created but the automatic action does not fire anymore and
  it was left untouched

And on this particular video that i've attached it didn't even set the
responsable user to Administrator (in the previous examples it did)
which only leads me to the conclusion that there are several bugs in the
- helpdesk module...
+ automated actions module...
