Title:
  'Send by Email' in Customer Invoice and 'Send RFQ' in Purchase Order
  does not open with default template.

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  Install account.
  Go to Customers -> Customer Invoices.
  Create the invoice and validated it after that click on 'Send by Email', it does not open with default template.

  Install purchase.
  Go to Purchase -> Purchase Orders.
  Create the purchase order and click on 'Send RFQ', it does not open with default template.
