Public bug reported:

Install account.
Go to Customers -> Customer Invoices.
Create the invoice and validated it after that click on 'Send by Email', it does not open with default template.

Install purchase.
Go to Purchase -> Purchase Orders.
Create the purchase order and click on 'Send RFQ', it does not open with default template.
