Jordi,

Might this be due to some revision which is responsible for error and
with latest builds, everything seems fine.

Would you please try with the development mode to make sure ?

  Hello! I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.1 and installed Openerp 6.2 nightly
  build openerp-6.2dev-20121007-230102

  When creating a new database I'm facing the following error:
