Would you guys make sure there is such a fle located at
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/openerp/addons/base/base.sql?

If not, this is a problem.

If yes,make sure the user has enough rights to access this file.

  ./openerp-server.log --log-sql --no-netrpc &
