Concerning the reply behavior using Chatter: the comment is placed where
you have written it. When refreshing the page, it will be displayed
where it belongs, according to the thread order. So your reply might
"move", but this is the intended behavior. Gmail works this way, for
example.

Bug description:
  when we try to reply of any posted comment in Feed or groups,
  it will diplay wrong. (all comment)..
  after refresh it's display properly.
