Public bug reported:

in trunk with the new model for adresses. The address type appears only
when the nerw partner has a parent_id (mother company). I can live with
that (although hidden fields do not help user).

However if you create contact from the partner (is a company is checked)
The type field never appear. So it is uneasy to configure a partner with
an invoicing address.
