I had issue connecting to a SSL LDAP with the 6.1 version of the
users_ldap module. So I played with Python's LDAP options and managed to
make it work. See my patch attached.

This is clearly a hack for my particular case, but can inspire you to
find a solution. I contributed it because I feel like many of my fellow
OpenERP developpers will one day or another stumble upon some strange
LDAP issue. Ah, the joy of enterprise software...
