Message #18685
[Bug 1084555] [NEW] openerp-6.2dev-20121129-000101 no longer allows importing users
Public bug reported:
Using openerp-6.2dev-20121129-000101 on Debian.
As of this aforementioned build, it is no longer allowed to import users
using CSV files (Settings > Users).
I am concerned this decision to no longer allow importing users will
make it difficult for organizations to implement OpenERP 7.
Entering users one at a time manually is just too tedious for midsize to
large organizations.
If there is an issue for complying with a proper import of users, we
should just be informed of mandatory fields needed to successfully
import our users instead of blocking the ability.
** Affects: openobject-server
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Attachment added: "userimporterror.png"
