[Bug 1085775] [NEW] VUB is not an ISO code for former Venezuelan Currency Bs

Public bug reported:

VUB is not an iso code for former Venezuelan Currency Bolívar (Bs.)
which is actually VEB, BTW it has been deprecated since 1 January 2008

The default currency for Venezuela should be VEF, With symbol (Bs.F.)
the F should be used when both VEB and VEF are present, as is intented in openerp,
in order to avoid mistakes, when making references to both.

Then neither VEB nor the wrong VUB, should be used as default currency
for Venezuelan Currency.

Thanks in Advance.
