after waiting for a long time, I made may own module
For Belgian users I made an extended chart of accounts, multi company availability
L10_NL with 3 languages NL_FR_EN directly

L10_RO
For Romanian charts as I also have companies there I made one RO _ EN formats

Bug description:
  Hi

  I tried to install in one database in a multi company environment
  the dutch/french/english belgian chart of accounts in version 6.1

  when running the wizard new company financial info

  always i get the error
  Constraint Error

  The name of the journal must be unique per company !

  for belgium only the stnadard french coa is availalbe
