Hello Fedric,

I have checked your issue with latest trunk, I can see that As per the
"Integrity Error", I can confirm this issue, But if I consider about the
deletion of "Account types". So, for that you can not delete it ,
because if you want to delete account types. So, for that you have to
delete accounts coz they have a reference of account types.

OR,From another way in account types menu, you can also change it from
the data file in l10n_fr and from that you will get your own custom
accout types.

So, Only For "Integrity Error" I am confirming this issue.

  [Trunk] Cannot avoid to install account types with l10n_fr

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I want create a new DB with a custom french Chart of account. So I
  installed l10n_fr but did not installed templates.

  Now I want to import my customs account types but I see that some are
  already installed.

  I cannot delete them since they are linked to the template...(see
  printscreen)

  I still want l10n_fr because of the fianncial reports included in it.

  How can I proceed ?
