please see attachment

the system was always taking the resource with id=2482 regardless which
company was the current one and obviously returned a difficult to
discover access error.

first value to check must always be resources with corresponding company_id 
fallback to resources without company_id

it was not possible to clear the situation setting company wide defaults
(as admin)

the situation probably emerged because at the time of creation of
resource 2482 there was only ONE company configured.
