Hello Nhomar Hernandez,

It's really critical problem. but It's not related to timezone. actually
It's occurs due to the "selection field". In every where same problem,
If you try to change value from selection field but It's not effected on
save. Eg. In User Preferences, User Form - Access Rights, etc...

  [trunk] selection fields value do not changed after save

Bug description:
  Enviroment.

  (Build 1820)
  server (4670)
  addons (8272)
  web (3585)

  Just, load on runbot in this revnos
  Try lo change the timezone for admin user.
  It dont show any error, just change and save.
  Nothing happends the timezone stay in the same.

  Go to users, try the same, open an user and try change the timezone,
  nothing happend.

  Im marking this bug as critical, because the timezone is elemental for
  the correct function of the system.

  PS: I recommend use a default different to brussels to avoid use a
  time zone that hide the error for you.
