  7.0 missing link for m2o fields

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  it is not possible to open certain m2o fields any more - 
  due to statements like

   <field name="journal_id" options='{"no_open":True}'

  a problem for power users ..
  this should be a configurable option.
