[Bug 1089986] [NEW] [trunk] fleet: poor choice for volume field name

Public bug reported:

The fleet module seems to assume that fuel volumes are measured in
liters. AFAIK, this is not the case (in the US, the fuel is measured in
gallons. In the same fashion that there is an odometer_unit field, there
should be a fuel_volume_unit field, and the liter field should be
renamed to liter.

Of course, nothing prevents from using the 'liter' field with gallons
values, but if you want to compare values in a multicompany settings
with one company in the USA and the other one in Canada or in Mexico,
things are going to be more awkward. Same thing for someone using a car
in a Canadian company to travel in the US.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
